MISSION RATION KIT

Edufun Foundation Trust Immediately responded to the Covid-19 pandemic and the sudden lockdown by distributing dry ration kits beginning in all communities. The contents and cost of these ration kits varied from family to family depending on the numbers of total family members and their needs. The average cost of one kit was approx Rs 1,200/- These kits were made for a family of four members’ and supply to last 25-30 days. These Kits contained- rice, wheat, oil, millet, Mung Dal, sugar, salt, spices, tea, matchsticks, sack of potato & onions and some glucose biscuit packets.

Food/ration Support needed Ration kit to Needy Families who affected by covid-19 lockdown hit. Banaskantha is educationaly backward area and here poor labourers are struggling to access food and rations during the COVID lockdown to keep themselves and their families safe. All it takes is ₹1039 to give one family a month’s worth basic food essentials. We need financial support or ration kit to help these marginalized communities. Help them with ration kits. We have wholesale distributer who are also supporter or NGO, they promised us to provide pure chilli at Rs 165/- per kg and turmeric at Rs 95/- per kg whose market wholesale selling price are 220/- and 120/- per kg respectively.
Edufun Foundation Trust through Mission: Ration Kit for Families Facing Lockdown Hunger aims to provide 3,000 ration kits to the poor families who are penniless due to the lockdown. We projected it on social media on our face book page link is given below

but unfortunately we got little supports around 45 kits through social media from different individuals. This may be because we have raised around 11 lakh rupees and donation in kinds during Covid – 19 lockdown to provide prepared food and ration kits..
